“I invite you to call to discuss your (and your dog’s) individual requirements. I’d also welcome the chance to meet you personally and give you a training demonstration. Most of all, I don’t want you to select any trainer... until you’ve talked to me.” --Patti Kiernan

About Patti's Program
Patti is an accomplished AKC Field Trial retriever trainer. Her program customizes the training to the particular dog so that they all learn how to succeed. Patti knows each dog through and through so there are no mixed signals to the dog from previous training. She will teach your dog to handle, line, and mark with good attitude. She has a vested interest in each and every dog she trains, and will make sure they receive the best training and handling possible. Patti is the one standing "on the line" with your dog every day. |

A Note from Derrick Wilkerson, owner of Haylee
"Being from Alaska where it is too cold to train most of the year, I was looking for a trainer with a solid training program, excellent training ponds, and a fierce competitor. I found all that in Patti Kiernan and her training facilities. I have had my black lab, Haylee, with her since she was 5 months old and I certainly feel that she has one of the best puppy training programs in the country. When I got Haylee back in her first spring I was surprised at how well she handled technical, cheating marks. Haylee and I placed third in our first derby when she was only thirteen months old. She aged out of the derby stakes with twenty five points.
"Her grounds have challenging, technical water components that enhance her training program. This is a major factor for my continuing to have Patti progress Haylee in her all-age training. The result has been that Haylee was qualified all-age at two years and two months of age. By three years of age, Haylee had all-age placements.
"Patti has gone out of her way to be a teacher and mentor to me. I have had lots of fun training with Patti and have many fond memories I won’t soon forget. Patti and Bill have made our family feel welcomed when traveling and training on the grounds. We want to say a sincere “Thank You” for all of their hard, dedicated work."
